Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the adoption, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven tools across our organization. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to identify opportunities for automation, deploying AI solutions, and ensuring successful integration into daily business operations.

This individual will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and deploying AI tools and platforms across different departments (operations, sales, customer service, HR, finance, etc.) to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms to drive business value.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and increase accuracy.
  • Partner with department heads to understand needs, identify AI/automation opportunities, and ensure successful rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deploy AI solutions to enhance business processes.
  2. Connect AI tools with existing enterprise systems via APIs and workflow orchestration.
  3. Develop dashboards to track AI usage, efficiency gains, and ROI; fine-tune implementations as needed.
  4. Provide training, documentation, and support to teams adopting AI tools; ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
  5. Stay updated on new AI/automation trends and continuously recommend tools and solutions to keep our company ahead.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience: 4–8 years of experience in AI tools, automation frameworks, or enterprise automation.

Skills: Proven experience implementing AI solutions company-wide or in large-scale organizations. Strong knowledge of AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, Make, LangChain, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Azure AI, Google AI). Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for building and integrating AI solutions.

Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with AI-based customer support agents and RPA implementations. Knowledge of cloud AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom solutions).
