Job Title: Senior Corporate Legal Counsel

With intelligent IoT and data solutions, we revolutionize business operations through the integration of our existing in-building and Wi-Fi services.

To take control of all day-to-day corporate legal functions, you will formulate policies, implement them, and ensure their compliance. This includes managing business contracts, HR-legal subjects, commercial litigations, and upholding the legal health of the Company. You will also draft and discharge notices, claims, defense, and other correspondences related to law. To ensure contract terms align with policies and practices, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Tech, Procurement & Operation teams to establish the legal framework.

The ideal candidate has: 8 years of work experience, an LLB from a recognized university/law school, and CS qualification (good to have). Experience in transactions/M&A is required. Preference is given to those with experience in the corporate domain (end-to-end legal), contract management, and regulatory knowledge. Having experience in the IT/Infrastructure/telecom industry is also preferred. The ability to understand current affairs, including changes in legal/statutory/regulatory positions, regimes, is crucial.
