Job Overview:

This senior engineer position plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of PCBA and product test equipment, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: Lead the design and development of PCBA and product test equipment, guaranteeing compliance with stringent test specifications.
  2. Supplier Engagement: Spearhead supplier engagement for test equipment development, validation, and qualification to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  3. Industrialization Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test processes into manufacturing environments, enhancing overall efficiency.
  4. Test Automation: Utilize LabVIEW for conducting test automation and manage Design-for-Testability (DFT) activities throughout the product design phase.

Deliverables:

  1. Test Plans and Implementations: Develop comprehensive test plans and implement jigs for new product testing, streamlining the process.
  2. Qualified Test Equipment: Ensure fully qualified and validated test equipment, incorporating safety and ergonomics checks, is readily available for production use.
  3. Technology Transfer: Effectively transfer test technologies to both internal and contract manufacturing setups, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  4. Project Execution: Oversee on-time project execution, monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues promptly.
