Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality delivery and meet/exceed project objectives.
  • E-commerce Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Magento 2 eCommerce solutions with strong integration knowledge.
  • Integration Expertise: Integrate Magento with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, middleware, and third-party systems to enhance business efficiency.
  • Solution Architecture: Participate in solution architecture, client engagements, pre/post-sales technical discussions, and guide teams in building robust eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with architects to create standardized processes and reusable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Magento Expertise: 2-4 years of experience with PHP and Magento, including 2+ years with Magento 2.
  • Architectural Knowledge: Strong integration and architectural knowledge of Magento platform.
  • LAMP/LEMP Stack: Hands-on experience in LAMP/LEMP stack, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
