Key Role in E-commerce Development

The eCommerce Senior Developer plays a pivotal part in creating e-commerce web-based solutions, focusing on the SAP Hybris platform.

  • Implementing standards for software development, source code control, documentation, and testing practices to ensure efficient release management.
  • Collaborating with a software development team using Git for version control.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 1, 2, and 3 Support for SAP Hybris e-Commerce platform solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to investigate and address defects, incidents, and outages.
Essential Skills and Experience

Prior experience includes:

  • Proficient in Java development with substantial expertise.
  • Development experience with B2C and B2B Hybris accelerator, OCC, WCMS, Media, Backoffice, Cockpits, ASM.
  • Familiarity with search engines like Solr, Coveo, and Lucidchart.
Beneficial Skills and Qualifications

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience with e-commerce systems (Shopify, Commercetools, BigCommerce).
  • Familiarity with product information management or ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
Personal Attributes

This role requires exceptional active listening, multitasking, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A strong logical problem-solving approach is essential to generate effective solutions based on established procedures, guidelines, and process tools.
