Mission Critical MEP Projects

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Project Engineer to lead and manage complex MEP projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Direct teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Analyze design issues, conflicts, and technical challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and testing to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Present project reports, updates, and proposals to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems, high-rise residential projects, commercial buildings, and MEP projects.
  • Expert knowledge of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
