At Hirextra, we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects focused on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.

This role requires a strong background in developing HR Tech projects, recruitment projects, application tracking systems, and previous AI development projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead, Development Lead, or Tech Manager, with expertise in API integration, PHP Laravel, and Angular development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects focused on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies tailored to the unique needs of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Tech Lead, Development Lead, or Tech Manager, with a focus on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects in the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.
  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
  4. Expertise in API integration and experience working with various APIs in the context of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.
  5. Proficiency in PHP Laravel and Angular development, with hands-on experience in building scalable and robust applications.
