Job Title: Senior Technical Project ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Technoidentity. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Effectively manage disputes and conflicts with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Oversee multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
  • Drive projects to meet tight deadlines and deliverables.
  • Perform effectively under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Identify and evaluate complex issues within your area of responsibility, leveraging analytical skills to develop effective solutions.
  • Create innovative solutions in situations requiring a thorough analysis of various factors.
  • Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management, while establishing short-term goals and priorities.
  • Regularly interact with senior management at both client organizations and within Technoidentity, addressing matters that may necessitate alternative approaches.
  • Exercise latitude in decision-making and independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Make impactful day-to-day decisions that directly influence your area of responsibility.
  • Manage large or medium-sized teams and/or work efforts, either within Technoidentity or for clients, depending on project requirements.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • 68 years of project management experience in a technical or IT setting.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft DevOps, or equivalent, ensuring efficient project tracking, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Previous experience interacting with senior management and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, making strategic decisions with significant impact on day-to-day operations.
  • Prior experience managing teams or project efforts in a technical environment is highly desirable.
