Key Responsibilities:- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members.
- Coordinate project technical teams to develop products according to scope, maintaining technical communication with clients and teams.
- Assure that technical and functional requirements, including customer-specific requirements, are satisfied throughout the project life.
- Assure the quality of the product, timing, and cost are fulfilled in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Define the technical scope of work for the project, including product, timing, quality, cost, and interfaces.
- Assure the feasibility of achieving project goals with available resources and constraints.
- Schedule the high-level technical plan and monitor technical areas schedules and outputs to reach quality, timing, and development cost goals.
- Manage and prioritize technical activities and goals according to management directives.
- Communicate closely with customers for clarifying requirements and reporting timings, risks, and efforts.
- Monitor the technical progress of the project jointly with Area leaders.
- Report the technical progress of the project to customers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Leaders, and Safety Managers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mainly in electronics or telecommunications or IT.
- Fluent local language and Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional language will be valued.
- Minimum of 5 years in engineering development.
- Willing to travel.
- Knowledge and experience regarding management skills, specific automotive development tools, and applicable standards (such as Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity) would be of additional value.
