Job Description

Target Account Management: As a Business Development Representative at Draup, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities within a designated set of named target accounts. This involves researching and qualifying leads to understand their needs and pain points.

Lead Generation: You will proactively identify and research potential clients within target accounts, utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish connections.

Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly to ensure seamless collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and improve outreach campaigns.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need 4-6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of generating and qualifying high-quality leads from the North America market. A degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), excellent research and prospecting abilities, ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions, strong organizational and time-management skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented, resilient and able to handle rejection, and a collaborative team player.
