Job Description

We are seeking a skilled software professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and test applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Provide technical support for enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations, including unit testing, defect fixing, and hypercare support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, communicating effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  3. Strong understanding of HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  4. Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  5. Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations.
  6. Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  7. Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
