Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of technical facilities management and internal environment management workstreams, with a focus on enhancing business needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical guidance in ICT facility design, MEP operations, sustainability, health and wellbeing initiatives to elevate workplace experience.
  • Design, build, commission, and maintain electrical systems, mechanical systems, UPS/inverter systems, lighting control systems, leak detection systems, fire alarm and intrusion systems, plumbing, metering, access control systems, and CCTV internet of things platforms.
  • Manage base building infrastructure, facility operations, asset management, planned maintenance, critical activities, incident management, and projects office relocation.

Internal Environment Management

Lead environmental and energy management initiatives in the region, drive continuous improvement programs, ensure timely reporting of Environmental Performance Indicators, and conduct thorough due diligence in new site selection.


Physical Security Operation

Collaborate with CF IT, Head Physical Security APAC, and regional security system vendors for troubleshooting and rectification of CCTV and PACS issues.
