Job Summary:

As a Test Data Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our testing environments.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing data masking and provisioning techniques to support our testing needs.

Additionally, you will work closely with our development team to understand current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in enterprise databases such as IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data masking and provisioning techniques for testing environments
  • Work closely with development team to understand current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of TDM tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, and DataMasque
  • Integrate TDM solutions with CI/CD pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of test data profiling/PII analysis/sensitive field analysis methods
  • Experience in data masking and data provisioning techniques for testing environments
  • Expertise with enterprise databases - IMS, DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Ability to understand current architecture, data flows and application dependency
  • Proficiency in one or more TDM tools (Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, DataMasque)
  • Experience in integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipeline
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Australia banking domain experience
  • Experience working on tools like Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX
  • Mainframe job scheduling tools - OPC, ESP
  • Hands on experience working in SQL queries
