The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Design brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and optimize for different platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
