Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Oversight project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction, escalating issues to the Director of Production as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
