Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality processes to ensure our products meet specifications for quality, function, and reliability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Your analytical skills, passion for building amazing products, and excellent written and communication skills will be valuable assets to our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing functional test cases, System & Integration Test cases, and test artifacts used in SDLC.
  • Executing manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities, code quality, and reporting test results.
  • Tracking metrics like velocity, code quality, defect density, and code review metrics across all phases.
  • Documenting testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and steps to reproduce defects.
  • Providing quality sign-off to project teams and executing testing duties as assigned.
  • Configuring QA performance/load test design and execution to ensure high-performance software environment under load.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of application testing experience.
  • Skills: Use case generation, manual testing, bug lifecycle management, Relational database models, GUI tools, Agile environments, bug tracking, test case management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent written and communication skills.
