Front Office Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to enhance our hotel's front office operations. This key role will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth through strategic corporate client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage reservations and operations on Hotelogix Front Office Software with efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle guest queries, calls, and emails with promptness and professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and increase revenue
  • Coordinate with the sales/management team to onboard new corporate accounts and ensure seamless communication between front office and all hotel departments
Requirements:
  • Mandatory experience with Hotelogix Front Office Software
  • A minimum of 3 years prior experience in front office operations with exposure to corporate bookings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to network with corporates and build strong relationships
  • A graduate or holder of a Hotel Management Diploma is preferred but not mandatory
