Job Title: Embroidery Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished craft professional with experience in creating unique artisanal pieces or working on commissioned projects. Proficiency in both hand and machine embroidery is essential for success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create art pieces from available textile materials, showcasing expertise in design and creativity
  • Demonstrate an understanding of technical aspects of execution, ensuring optimal choices for costing and aesthetic appeal

Requirements:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of embroidery, including hand and machine embroidery techniques
  • Exhibit craft-based aesthetics and resourcefulness while maintaining the essence of each project
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, specializing in textiles or a craft-based sector
  • Display a solid understanding of design operations management and industry trends
  • Show good people management skills to achieve better results

Prior experience in the craft sector or art-based projects will be highly valued.
