Jaipur Rugs is a social enterprise that connects rural craftsmanship with global markets through its luxurious handmade carpets.

The company has a unique business model that provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep. It currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage location operations and day-to-day activities
  • Handle accounting, finance, administration, manpower, transportation, legal coordination, customer, and vendor relations
  • Oversee asset management, inventory control, and document execution

Requirements:

  • Graduation/PG/Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Management or related field
  • Empathy, love, and compassion towards customers
  • Firm believer and practitioner of organizational philosophy and values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
