We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Specialist to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective processing of transactions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through various systems, including NEFT, RTGS, Internal Transfers, and IMPS.
- Understand accounting entries for NEFT, RTGS, Internal Transfers, and IMPS, and ensure that all transactions are processed as per agreed SLA and approved procedures and guidelines.
- Liaise with IT and BSG teams to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operation of banking applications.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Technical competencies in banking applications, including Payment Products, Finacle, MS Office, and Dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
