Job Role

As a Business Performance Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that solves complex problems for clients. Your role involves analyzing businesses, diagnosing issues, evaluating root causes, developing solutions, and simulating outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiency (40%): Focus on management reporting, analytical MIS, business efficiency measurement, and structuring/restructuring businesses.
  • Transactions (40%): Analyze businesses, identify opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, create financial models, and participate in deal-making.
  • Growth (20%): Identify business value, develop strategies, conduct market research, and plan for value exploitation or augmentation.

To succeed in this role, you need to have experience working with consulting firms, management advisory firms, or Big4 accounting firms. Roles involving financial or business analysis, corporate finance, management reporting, assurance, risk advisory, or efficiency measurements are preferred.

Priorities for the team include self-starter qualities, above-average presentation and communication skills, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Educational qualifications include CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA, or Management Degree - MBA / MS - Finance from Tier 1 or Tier 2 management schools.

Desirable qualities include reading habits, personal leadership, and knowledge of current affairs, venture capital, and business.
