The core responsibilities of this role are:

  • Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
  • VPS & Dedicated Server Support
  • Handle Migrations/Transfers
  • Help Level 1 Support team with their escalations

To succeed as a System Engineer, you must be an independent thinker and willing to take ownership of your role. We will provide training and autonomy needed for you to thrive and grow.

You'll be working with a tech stack that includes VPS/Linux/Windows and Solus/KVM/WHMCS. Experience with SolusVM Virtualisation platform, Openstack, WHMCS, and KVM is mandatory. You should also have a firm understanding of both Linux and Windows.

Key requirements include:

  • Understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers
  • Reliable high speed internet connection
  • Excellent written English
