Workday Consultant Position

Mercer Digital seeks a qualified Workday consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Workday solutions within set timelines by planning and prioritizing work.
  • Develop complex configurations for clients, lead teams, and manage the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide go-live assistance, ongoing support, and data conversion activities to clients.
  • Coordinate project delivery, lead teams, and engage in remote work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical and functional skills across Workday modules.
  • Deep understanding of Workday object models and solution design approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly, self-motivation, and adaptability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and overall 12 years' experience required.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields required.
