About the Role:

As a seasoned Messaging Services Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing Office 365 service reports, auditing logs, and third-party service reports. You will also manage Exchange client configuration using Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 & Office Pro Plus, as well as provide support and maintenance of Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Office Outlook E-mail, Calendaring & Scheduling.

  • We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical mindset and proven ability to deliver effectively in a geographically distributed large international organization.
  • Your technical knowledge of Messaging Services and related technical components, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Enterprise Vault, DHCP, DNS, and Windows Server, will be essential in this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Office 365 service reports, auditing logs, and third-party service reports to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Manage Exchange client configuration using Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 & Office Pro Plus.
  • Provide support and maintenance of Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Office Outlook E-mail, Calendaring & Scheduling.
  • Work closely with second-level support teams for global messaging services and with support teams in local markets and in other Group Technology departments (DC, Networks).
  • Participate in employee development through training and technology transfer to existing technical support team members.

Requirements:

  • IT Operations background with 2-4 year's experience in large office environments (>30,000 users) for multi-functional, multi-national companies and for mission-critical services.
  • Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated capability to manage the resolution of technical issues in complex environments under pressure and effectively.
  • Proven ability to deliver effectively in a geographically distributed large international organization.
  • Technical knowledge of and past experience with Messaging Services and related technical components, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Enterprise Vault, DHCP, DNS, and Windows Server.
  • Bachelor Degree in informatics or similar education.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • MSCE Messaging / Server Infrastructure / Desktop Infrastructure.
