Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role within Application Delivery, responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of application support processes. The ideal candidate will have significant IT and business experience, with expertise in areas such as ITIL and vendor management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Manage and coordinate the delivery of contracts across Application Delivery.
  • - Oversee the operational day-to-day management of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • - Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making related to resource allocation and budget management.
  • - Develop and implement process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • - Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project transitions into BAU.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
  • - Significant IT and business experience, including experience in areas such as application support processes, ITIL, managing application operational teams.
  • - Adept at vendor management, both commercially and interpersonally, with a clear understanding and significant experience of executing of T&M, Managed Services, and Managed Outcome commercial models.
  • - Strong influencing and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with senior-level management and key stakeholders.
