Financial Management Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to fill the role of Financial Management Executive.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, taxation laws, and financial modeling. They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing complex financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management dashboards, and balance sheets.
  • Develop and implement financial models, conduct ratio analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage direct tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide expert insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously is crucial.
