Job Title: Reputation Management Specialist

The role of a skilled Public Relations Consultant involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, media, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to ensure seamless communication.
  • Build strong networks and foster relationships with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams.
  • Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis by staying calm under pressure and thinking on your feet.
  • Provide exceptional client service to ensure 100% client retention and satisfaction.

This includes monitoring media coverage, collating, analyzing, and evaluating media performance, as well as tracking newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunities.

Furthermore, you will develop and implement publicity strategies and campaigns, strategize their execution, create quarterly roadmaps, write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media, and promote news stories and features.

In addition, you will document all campaigns, testimonials, and coverage, design and manage publicity materials, and speak publicly at interviews, conferences, and presentations.
