As a seasoned MERN engineer with expertise in full-stack development, this long-term engagement seeks to onboard an accomplished expert senior full stack MERN engineer.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in writing high-quality, optimized code and demonstrate exceptional performance as a team player within a fully remote environment based in India.

Key responsibilities include participating in daily stand-up meetings via Zoom at 9:00 AM IST, collaborating effectively with our existing team in India, sharing knowledge and experience, conducting code reviews and architecture reviews, upholding software engineering best practices, and maintaining availability during IST daytime hours.

This is an opportunity for a motivated individual with initiative to join a successful team that has worked together for 13 years and is rapidly expanding. We are actively seeking candidates who can add value to our team and product through their skills and dedication.

The following key skills are required: demonstrated expertise with the MERN stack, proven experience as an efficient engineer, ability to create architectural patterns for large, scalable web applications, experience with GraphQL, gRPC protocol, MySQL/RDS, Github, JIRA & AWS, and unit tests using Jest.

A strong interest in developing AI-driven features and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools would be highly desirable.
