Smart Buildings Expert Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings expert to lead our pre-sales engineering efforts for Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.

  • The ideal candidate will review project inputs, MEP drawings, specifications, and SOPs; identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.
  • They will prepare technical assessments, RFIs, Bill of Materials, and cost estimations for competitive bids.
  • A strong understanding of BMS architecture, including operator workstations, supervisory controllers, DDC controllers, sensors & actuators is required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.
  • Proficient in wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels.
  • Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols: BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, etc.
