As a senior systems engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and scalability of financial platforms.   • Reliability & Availability: Meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Develop automation solutions for deployments, monitoring, scaling, and self-healing capabilities.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging for financial applications and data pipelines.
  • Incident Response: Lead on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent production issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and compliance controls.
  • Collaboration: Work with software engineers, data engineers, and finance teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure financial applications and data pipelines meet audit requirements.
