Job Title: Solutions Architect Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect Lead to lead the delivery of business use cases within our Analytics group. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and managing the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed and maintainable software that supports the Quality organisation within our Analytics domain.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage the development of software solutions for high-quality analytics applications containing advanced analytics components including GenAI & AI.
  • Be hands-on, solution-driven, and customer-focused, supporting the development and maintenance of code repositories.
  • Embody and integrate software development best practices into your everyday work and inspire others within the engineering community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of prior programming experience in a professional environment, building applications across platforms.
  • Deep expertise in customer-facing IT roles, with a demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-level applications.
  • Expertise in AWS services and query languages such as Spark, Python, SQL, Snowflake, etc.
  • Strong capability to collect and interpret requirements, building supporting schemas to clarify requirements.
  • Solid data engineering fundamentals in data management, data analysis, backend system design.
  • Fluency in Agile, Disciplined Agile as well as Waterfall delivery concepts.
  • Fluency in English (oral & written).
