We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Professional to join our team.

This role involves providing technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on company devices.
    • Provide hardware installation, maintenance, and repair services for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripherals.
    • Assist with network connectivity support for all end-user devices.
    • Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
    • Offer end-user support through remote tools.
    • Maintain support on IT services desk ticketing tools and adhere to service level agreements.
    • Manage user account support for various applications.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Monitor server and client performance, alerts, and logs to provide solutions.
    • Ensure network-related activities run smoothly, including LAN and WAN.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve technical issues.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT Support position.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IT support/service desk tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
  • Understanding of basic applications and tools like Microsoft Office, PDF, file archive, backup tools, email, and Google Suite.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, APs, etc.
  • Ability to learn and work with changing technologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, along with relevant certifications (MCP, MCSC, MCSA, Linux, Hardware and Networking).
