We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to manage the daily operations of our office. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff\\
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages\\
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including data entry and record-keeping\\
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed\\
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required\\
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner\\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\\
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date records\\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients\\
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives\\
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines\\
  • Take initiative to anticipate and resolve problems\\
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff\\

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience\\
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role\\
