Job Role: Lead / AGM Business Development

This role involves developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth from new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Objectives
  • Develop annual business development plans aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Set performance targets for key and other accounts within the segment.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the organization.
Financial Management
  • Support budget formulation and review processes to track adherence to financial goals.
Operational Objectives
  • Drive acquisition of large clients by designing tailored 'Quality of Life' solutions.
  • Establish relationships with potential clients through regular interactions with key decision-makers.
Team Leadership
  • Ensure team staffing levels align with business requirements.
  • Implement goal-setting, monitoring, and performance feedback processes for team members.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to tie business value to process improvements.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Background in FM industry, food service, project management, or retail.
