Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing company invoices, managing accounts payable processes, and ensuring timely payment of suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a high-level understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

In this role, you will:

  • Register supplier invoices and process payments in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve supplier invoice disputes on a daily basis
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Reconcile supplier statements and manage dispute handling
  • Archive and file documents in accordance with country legislation
  • Collaborate closely with business development managers, product specialists, and vendor contacts to ensure seamless communication
