Job Title: Contact Center Routing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contact center routing strategies to maximize agent productivity, minimize customer wait times, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the Genesys PureEngage platform architecture, encompassing its various components, functionalities, and capabilities.
  • Utilize the Genesys Rules Authoring Tool (GRAT) to create, modify, and manage complex routing rules and strategies, ensuring seamless integration with other contact center systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and IVR scripting.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing the Genesys PureEngage platform and GRAT tool, with a strong focus on omnichannel routing principles.
  • Able to analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize agent efficiency and customer satisfaction.
