Job Title: Social Media Marketing Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our corporate branding, business goals, and positioning. This includes reinforcing our Value Proposition, Messaging, and Thought leadership through compelling brand narratives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, curating, and distributing engaging social content across all channels to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement;
  • Partnering with the content and creative teams to develop social-first content, including blog snippets, videos, infographics, executive insights, and customer success stories;
  • Supporting demand generation programs by creating targeted social media campaigns that drive lead generation and contribute to the sales pipeline;
  • Managing paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads) for lead acquisition, retargeting, and ABM initiatives;
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies for employee advocacy, brand amplification, and thought leadership positioning needs;
  • Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to amplify reach, nurture, and strengthen engagement with the community;
  • Using analytics to measure impact and provide actionable insights, continuously testing and optimizing social strategies based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, ideally in enterprise software, financial technology, SaaS or technology services;
  • Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Ads among others with hands-on experience in organic and paid social strategies;
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills tailored for B2B audiences;
  • Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.;
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) via social channels will be an advantage;
  • Experience in using social media to drive influencer marketing initiatives will be a plus.
