Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and design of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and context, ensuring seamless integration with operational needs.
  • Prepare and articulate detailed design briefs aligned with client needs, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Propose optimal architectural plans that meet or exceed client expectations, while coordinating plan submissions and securing approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Identify and engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC) to ensure expert input and oversight.
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution, managing vendor selection, contracting, and relationships.
  • Oversee design coordination with operating teams to guarantee successful project delivery, acting as a bridge between creative design intent and practical implementation.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments, with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes, with proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors, possessing excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans, with experience in hospitality projects a significant advantage.
