Memory Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full custom memory design and architectures, including characterization, layout design, net-listers, and complete SRAM design verification at the compiler level. They should be able to populate and publish execution plans, design quality plans, and DFMEA reports, as well as project health reporting and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom memory architectures for advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, 3nm)
  • Develop and implement physical verification flow debug techniques, including DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, and IR
  • Work with Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification Flow
  • Experience with Synopsys Custom Compiler is a huge plus
  • Expertise in working on FinFET architecture and challenges such as variability and manufacturability
  • Optimize layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness
  • Debug silicon failures and identify layout-related issues
  • Create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler
