Job Description:

As a senior financial professional, you will lead the development of comprehensive financial reporting strategies to meet business objectives. This includes ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, technical accounting compliance, and driving consistency across multiple reporting entities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective financial reporting processes, as well as external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of complex financial reporting requirements under Indian GAAP and IND-AS
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement efficient financial reporting processes
  • Partner with external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory and management reporting regulations
  • Act as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters, providing guidance and support to team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial reporting and technical accounting areas. Additionally, prior experience in a pre-IPO or listed company is strongly preferred.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to navigate complex financial data, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also critical.
