Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our training initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in training operations to join our dynamic team at WNS. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across various functions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring strict compliance with our training governance plan, identifying training needs through product knowledge tests and quality defect analysis, and conducting brainstorming and root cause analysis sessions to scope developmental needs.

You will also be responsible for disbursing product and process updates in line with our training governance, coordinating and conducting refresher training based on TNI, conducting appraisals, devising individual coaching and learning plans, creating and updating training materials for in-house courses, supervising training delivery during new hire and project transition periods, measuring training effectiveness, and monitoring trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs across various functions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree and significant experience in training operations. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
