Job Summary:

Globeia is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to contribute to the development of our platform. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

Design visually compelling interfaces that align with Globeia's brand identity and ensure a consistent look and feel across the platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback and user data.

Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design across the platform.

Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered designs, and problem-solving skills.

Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with creative solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in an agile environment.
