Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other documentation tools, is highly desirable.
This role requires a high level of independence, with the ability to work effectively without close supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business process and product information from various sources, writing, formatting, editing, reviewing, and proofing procedural information for users, and publishing and maintaining templates for written documentation produced by others.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain instructional documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Gather and analyse business process and product information to document new or changing product functionality.
- Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural information for users.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
- Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloguing it for internal and/or external use.
Essential Capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to read technical requirements to develop instructional procedures, training, and assessment documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other documentation tools.
