Job Description

Our organization is at the forefront of non-custodial multi-chain wallet innovation, with over 1 million installations across our extension, mobile and web products. Our diverse product portfolio includes MetaMask Snap for Cosmos, Compass Wallet for Sei, and Elements SDK.

Backed by prominent investors such as Pantera, CoinFund, Arrington, and Accel, we have solidified our strong product-market fit across multiple verticals. We are now focused on building a new 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative that leverages the growing demand in this space.

Our vision for APAC is to establish a robust presence in this region, capitalizing on the clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. This presents an exciting opportunity for us to expand our customer base and drive growth.

As we embark on this ambitious project, we need a seasoned Engineering Lead/Manager to oversee engineering efforts for the entire stablecoin initiative. The role requires hands-on experience with backend systems, architecture design, and technical leadership. A key aspect of this position will be ensuring the seamless integration with on/off-ramp providers across geographies, many of which lack mature APIs or documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading backend development of web and mobile applications
  • Designing and scaling backend systems powering payments and settlements
  • Building reliable infrastructure on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets
  • Driving technical discussions and owning architecture for integrations and scaling
  • Mentoring and managing a small engineering team across infra + app layers
  • Ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture
  • Delivering projects within timelines and establishing engineering best practices
