We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and plan efficient administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Assess staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure optimal results.
  • Monitor office supplies, manage inventory, and negotiate purchases within budget constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and vendors (electricians).
  • Organize and supervise office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning).
  • Ensure housekeeping, security, pantry, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Negotiate with vendors and travel agents to secure best prices.
  • Manage calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and accommodations for employees.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, coordinating deliveries and commitments.
  • Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on office assets.
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Maintain good relations with government bodies and police officials.
  • Track expenses to ensure compliance with cost budgets.
  • Submit MIS reports on administration expenses to senior authorities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven team player with experience in admin support services.
  • Basic drafting and mailing communication skills.
