Job Overview:

As a Research Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing research projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Develop robust and error-free data collection tools, such as questionnaires and show cards.
  • Manage projects, prioritizing activities and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines.
  • Provide error-free insights and deliverables to clients, while maintaining timely invoicing and submission.
  • Develop awareness of categories, brands, or industries, generating client satisfaction scores and testimonials.

Requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client management and team collaboration.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a focus on professional and organizational growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, marketing, business).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in research, project management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R).
