  • Effective design and delivery of engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability are crucial for student success.
  • Preparing lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests that evaluate students' performance accurately is essential.
  • Providing personalized support, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and mentoring students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving are vital aspects of the role.
  • Tracking students' progress through assessments and sharing feedback for improvement is necessary.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are must-haves.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive is key to student engagement.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners is critical.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is advantageous.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
