Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at HRipple Solutions. This is a full-time, fully work-from-office position that requires exceptional communication and coordination skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in social media coordination, PR, or a similar role. They will serve as the primary liaison with social media agencies, PR teams, and other external partners. The key responsibilities include agency coordination, calendar management, photoshoot management, influencer & stylist coordination, daily operations, content & campaign oversight, and reporting & insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with social media agencies, PR teams, and other external partners. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  2. Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed calendar for campaigns, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations. Ensure daily tracking and updates of all planned activities and deadlines.
  3. Photoshoot Management: Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to plan and execute photoshoots. Oversee the production process, from pre-shoot planning to final asset delivery.
  4. Influencer & Stylist Coordination: Identify and engage with stylists and influencers for collaborations. Coordinate for the garments as per the celebrity measurements and requirements. Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  5. Daily Operations: Conduct regular follow-ups with agencies and teams to ensure smooth progress. Ensure detailed minutes of the meeting with the Founder and the agencies are taken and adhered to with timelines. Address and resolve any operational challenges or delays promptly.
  6. Content & Campaign Oversight: Review and approve social media and PR content to ensure alignment with brand tone and messaging. Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and provide feedback to agencies.
  7. Reporting & Insights: Track the performance of campaigns and influencer activities. Provide regular updates and reports to the Founder.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in social media coordination, PR, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Coordination Skills: Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a knack for planning and monitoring schedules.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and project management software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Creativity: A good eye for aesthetics and branding consistency in photoshoots and campaigns.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
