Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will bring expertise in design, leadership, and project management to our creative team. As a Creative Supervisor, you will oversee the conceptualization and execution of visual content, ensure project delivery, and mentor junior designers.
Ideation & Brief Cracking- Lead the team in understanding briefs and translating them into compelling creative concepts.
- Collaborate with the team to develop unique ideas that align with brand goals and client expectations.
- Demonstrate advanced design skills covering mass-market appeal and high-end aesthetics.
- E nsure designs are visually appealing and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Lead the team in using these tools for high-quality creative content.
- PREFERRED: Advanced design aspects such as composition, color grading, and illustration.
- PREFERRED: Utilize niche tools to elevate output quality and creativity.
- PREFERRED: Experience in utilizing AI-based tools like Midjourney, Canva, Firefly, etc., for creative process enhancements.
- Guide the team on leveraging new technologies for design efficiencies.
- Ensure error-free, visually coherent work meeting highest quality standards.
- Present creative concepts effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Articulate creative work clearly and present with a well-rounded narrative.
- Excellent command of English for verbal and written communication.
- Ensure clear communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- PREFERRED: Proficiency in Telugu and/or Tamil will have an added advantage.
- Oversee project planning, ensuring tasks are efficiently distributed and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with project management teams for smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Lead the creative team with focus on mentorship and professional development.
- Provide constructive feedback and facilitate growth for junior team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities without compromising creative standards.
- Possess strong knowledge of cost implications, market dynamics, and client objectives.
- Develop creative solutions that meet aesthetic requirements and align with business goals.
- Work closely with various departments for cohesive delivery of integrated campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative environment encouraging creativity and innovative thinking.
- PREFERRED: Prior experience working within an advertising or marketing agency is highly preferred.
- PREFERRED: Understanding of agency dynamics and experience handling a diverse portfolio of clients is a plus.
We are seeking a skilled creative expert with:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a creative/art direction role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across different media platforms.
- Proven experience in managing teams, mentoring junior designers, and delivering high-quality projects on time.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
