Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the SAP Advanced Payment Management module in S/4 HANA environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to payment processing.
  • Configure and maintain payment formats, payment media and payment methods.
  • Support integration between Advanced Payment Management and bank communication.
  • Implement and maintain bank communication channels and payment processing workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis for payment processing issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Advanced Payment processes and configurations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical payment processing support.
  • Implement system enhancements related to payment management.
  • Support regulatory compliance for payment processing across multiple regions.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Bank Connectivity would be preferable or training to be provided after joining.
